Price, credits and license renewal
Product Photo Manager Batch 100 uses a simple credit-based model designed for smaller WooCommerce stores. By purchasing an annual license, you receive the right to use the plugin together with an initial package of 100 photo processing credits.
1 successfully processed source image = 1 credit.
WordPress-generated image sizes created automatically from the same source image do not use additional credits. A credit is used only when a source image has been successfully processed.
Annual license
30 EUR
The license is valid for 12 months and includes:
- 100 photo processing credits
- individual and batch processing
- access to all Batch 100 features
- plugin updates for the duration of the license
- technical support for the duration of the license
- the option to purchase additional credits
If you do not use all of your credits during the year, they remain in your account and can be used together with credits added through the next renewal or top-up.
Top-up +100 credits

When you need to process more photos, you can purchase an additional 100 credits at any time.
A top-up:
- adds 100 new credits to your existing balance
- can be purchased before you use all of your current credits
- does not extend the license period
- is added to any remaining credits
Example:
If you have 30 credits remaining and purchase a 100-credit top-up, your new balance will be 130 credits.
License renewal
25 EUR
License renewal:
- extends the license for the next 12 months
- automatically adds 100 new credits
- keeps all previously unused credits
Example:
If you have 40 credits remaining at the end of the year, after renewal you will have a total of 140 credits.
All Features Are Available in PRO i Batch 100
Package selection does not determine which tools you can use. Single Site, Business and Agency licenses as well as Batch 100 include the complete version of the Product Photo Manager PRO plugin.
The packages differ primarily according to the number of sites on which the plugin can be activated, and with Batch 100 there is a credit system. In this way, every user gets the same professional photo processing system, without locked functionalities and the need for subsequent purchase of additional modules.
Which Plan Should You Choose?
- Choose Single Site if you use Product Photo Manager PRO on one WooCommerce store.
- Choose Business if you manage multiple stores of your own, work as a WordPress professional, or maintain a smaller number of client websites.
- Choose Agency if you run a web agency, maintain a larger portfolio of WooCommerce websites, or plan to use the plugin as a standard tool across client projects.
- Choose Batch 100 if you maintain a smaller WooCommerce store.

What happens when you use up all the credits?
When your available balance reaches zero, new individual and batch image processing is no longer available until you purchase a top-up or renew your license.
Photo review, history, and restoration of original images remain available according to the license status.

Important for batch processing
If you select more photos than you have available credits, the plugin does not reject the entire job. It will process as many photos as you have credits, and the rest will remain unchanged.
For example, if you have 30 credits and select 40 photos, the first 30 will be processed, after which processing will stop.
